Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LeadRoute ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit leadroute.co.uk or use our services. We handle your data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
LeadRoute is operated by Ahmed Mustafa, a sole trader trading as "LeadRoute", based in the United Kingdom. We are the "data controller" for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@leadroute.co.uk, and a postal address is available on request.
2. The data we collect
- Contact & business details you give us — name, email, phone number and business information — when you book a call, buy a plan or get in touch.
- Payment information processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card details.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the site.
3. How and why we use it
- To provide and deliver the services you request (lawful basis: contract).
- To respond to enquiries and provide support (lawful basis: legitimate interests).
- To process payments and keep accounting records (lawful basis: legal obligation).
- To send service updates, and — only where you have opted in — marketing (lawful basis: consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Sharing your data
We share data only with trusted providers who help us run the business — for example our payment provider (Stripe), scheduling tools (Cal.com), and hosting/infrastructure providers. We never sell your personal data. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, accounting records are kept for 6 years).
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@leadroute.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies needed to make the site work. If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, we'll ask for your consent first and update this section.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the "last updated" date above.
